:WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE BOOKING MY APPOINTMENT: It is highly recommended that you follow our preprep listed at the following: https://www.completetrinity.com/beforeandafteryourvisit, which can help you determine when would be the appropriate time for you to come in and begin your colon hydrotherapy journey with us. We understand first time jitters and the nervousness of the unknown, so bearing that in mind, we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have to determine if colon hydrotherapy is right for you. When ready, please give us a call for your introductory pre-screen conversation with us.

New Clients:

If this is your first time visiting us, please feel free to register at WellnessLiving where you can browse our services and book an appointment. You can also chat with us there!

Returning Clients:

Visit the WellnessLiving Login page and login with your email! If you’ve never logged into our booking system with an email before, you will be receiving a text message to prompt you to call us to help you create a login over the phone.

We’re happy to answer any questions you may have and help you book your appointment. If we are in session with a client, please leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we get back to our desk.

:LENGTH OF SESSIONS:

For first time visitors only, your session includes the following: Your initial visit with us will be a bit more unique in time and flow. Approximately 90 min that includes your consultation for about 15-20 min and your session follows for 60-70 min, giving you the last 10 min of your session for emptying out excess water that may still need to be purged from the colon, followed by clean up time and dressing up again after clean up.

For returning clients, your session time includes the following: Undressing, session time with water on for 45-50 min for 60 minute sessions / 75-80 min for 90 minute sessions, giving you the last 10 min of your session for emptying out excess water that may still need to be purged from the colon, followed by clean up time and dressing up again after clean up.

Please note: If your session goes over scheduled time, you will be charged $2/min for overtime. This helps us keep our impeccable scheduling, keeping in mind all scheduled client’s needs to start and end on time.

:OUR POLICY:

Payment and Fees: Payment is due at the time of service. We will not bill you or any third party. We accept Cash, Amex, VISA, Master Card and Apple Pay. Fees are posted and subject to change. We do NOT accept checks.

Packages: If purchasing a package with us, packages expire a year from date of purchase. There are no refunds but you can sell or gift your sessions to a person/s of choice. Just let us know name and phone number for record keeping.

Please note: The 3 pack is not shareable. The 6, 9 or 12 pack are the only shareable packages.

Scheduled Appointments: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled/blocked out time for you, regardless of when you arrive at the clinic. If you are 15+ minutes late or no-show, your appointment will be canceled and the $55 fee will be charged.

Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, if less than 24 hours, a $55 fee will be charged. If you do not show up for an appointment, $55 fee will be charged or a session from a previously purchased package will be deducted.

We understand things may come up last minute, but we humbly ask you to honor your appointment and its cancellation window. If something comes up for us, we will also honor your appointment, so that if we fail to conduct your session as scheduled due to technical difficulties, we will give you your next session at no additional cost.

Package Purchases: Package sessions must be used within ONE YEAR of purchase. All unused sessions are void at one year from the date of purchase. You may gift a treatment to an established client or you may give a package treatment to a client who has never received the service for an additional fee of $45, as first time appointments are 90 minutes, 30 minutes longer than a standard appointment. The recipient must book the appointment and let us know that you have given permission for them to use your session. We will reach out to you to confirm, unless you call to let us know first.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available and expire 1 year from the date of purchase. There are no credits or refunds given for unused gift certificates.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
