:LENGTH OF SESSIONS:

For first time visitors only, your session includes the following: Your initial visit with us will be a bit more unique in time and flow. Your initial visit is approximately 90 minutes, including:

  • 15–20 min consultation

  • 60–70 min session

  • 10 min for post-session emptying, cleanup, and dressing

For returning clients:

Session times include undressing, treatment, and cleanup:

  • 60-min session: 45–50 min water time

  • 90-min session: 75–80 min water time

  • 10 min for post-session emptying, cleanup, and dressing

:OUR POLICY:

Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept Cash, Amex, Visa, MasterCard, and Apple Pay (no checks).
Fees are posted and subject to change.

Packages

  • Packages expire ONE YEAR from the purchase date.

  • No refunds. You may gift a session to another client.

  • If gifting to a new client, a $55 upgrade fee applies (first-time appointments are 90 min).

  • The 3-Pack is non-transferable nor shareable; the 6-Pack may be shared — please provide recipient’s name and phone number.

Gift Certificates
Available for purchase. No credits or refunds for unused certificates.

Appointments
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you are 15+ minutes late or do not show, your appointment will be canceled and a $66 fee will apply.

Cancellations / Reschedules

  • Please provide 24-hour notice for any changes.

  • Late cancellations: $66 (60-min) / $88 (90-min).

  • No-shows: $66 or one session deducted from your package.
    We appreciate your respect for our time and other clients’ schedules.

If we ever must cancel due to technical issues, your next session will be complimentary.
