🌾 What to Expect

Your session is a gentle partnership between your body and the cleansing process. Each experience is unique, as every body releases in its own rhythm and timing. Trust that your body knows exactly what to do — we’re simply here to support that natural wisdom.

🌿 Before Your Session

  • Hydrate well throughout the day leading up to your appointment. Water helps soften waste and supports an easier, more comfortable release.

  • Eat lightly — gentle, nourishing foods like fruits, steamed vegetables, or broths are ideal before your session.

  • Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, alcohol, or carbonated drinks for at least 2–3 hours beforehand.

  • Arrive in comfortable clothing, allowing your body to feel relaxed and at ease.

  • If you are on any medications or supplements, please share that information during your consultation so we can best support your needs.

This time is for you — arrive a few minutes early, take a deep breath, and let yourself settle in.

🌸 During Your Session

You’ll be welcomed into a private, calming space where your therapist will walk you through the process step by step.

  • The session begins with a gentle insertion of a small, sterile speculum. Warm, purified water is then introduced slowly into the colon, helping to loosen and soften waste.

  • Your therapist will guide the water flow and release cycles, adjusting as needed to ensure comfort throughout.

  • You may experience sensations of fullness, movement, or gentle cramping — all are natural signs that your body is releasing and realigning.

  • You’ll remain comfortably covered at all times for privacy, dignity, and warmth.

Throughout the session, you’re encouraged to breathe deeply and relax into the process. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed by the end.

🌼 After Your Session

Following your session, take some quiet time for yourself. Your body has done meaningful work and deserves gentle care.

  • Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to stay hydrated.

  • Eat light, nourishing foods to support your digestion.

  • Avoid heavy, fried, or processed foods for the rest of the day.

  • You may notice a few more bowel movements or increased urination — both are signs that your body is continuing to cleanse.

  • Rest, stretch, or take a short walk to keep things moving naturally.

You may feel lighter, more energized, or emotionally clear. Others feel calm and deeply relaxed — both are beautiful signs that your body is finding balance.
